Red Team Engineer

In this role, you will be the architect of our social engineering program. You'll specialize in emulating the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) of real-world attackers who target people, not just systems. You will design and execute sophisticated phishing, vishing, and physical pretexting campaigns to test our security awareness, incident response processes, and the resilience of our human firewall. This is a unique role where your creativity and understanding of human behavior will directly strengthen our security posture.

What You'll Do::
• Emulate Human-Focused Threats: Design and execute realistic, objective-based social engineering campaigns, including sophisticated phishing, vishing (voice phishing), and smishing (SMS phishing) attacks.
• Craft Compelling Pretexts: Develop believable scenarios and personas to test the effectiveness of our physical and procedural security controls through on-site pretexting engagements.
• Collaborate with the Blue Team: Work closely with our defenders to provide a realistic adversary perspective, helping them tune detections, improve response playbooks, and enhance employee training programs.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research the latest social engineering TTPs and psychological principles to ensure our red team operations remain cutting-edge and effective.
• Integrate Technical Exploits: Combine social engineering tactics with technical exploitation to gain initial access, escalate privileges, and achieve campaign objectives.
