Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
• Help schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
• Support the development of job descriptions and advertisements.
• Maintain candidate databases and update records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
