We’re looking for a skilled recruiter who can identify strong talent, understands tech hiring, and runs smooth, structured selection processes.
The ideal profile is proactive, well‑organized, communicates with ease, and consistently prioritizes a positive candidate experience.
This role pays a salary range of:
• EUR 2,000 - 3,200 gross for an employment contract
• EUR 2,400 – 3,600 for a B2B contractWith an equity grant of:
• USD 13,700 - 34,000 in stock options

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to help us improve and scale our hiring. This role goes beyond running processes; You’ll actively shape how we hire, work closely with hiring managers, and raise the quality of our recruitment.
What you’ll do:
• Own recruitment across multiple roles (e.g. Business Development, Marketing and Tech roles)
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and run structured selection processes
• Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through multi-step hiring processes
• Manage pipelines and hiring data using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Track and improve key hiring metrics (time-to-hire and time-to-fill)
• Continuously improve hiring processes, speed, and candidate experience
• Prepare job descriptions, assignments, and interview materials
• Coordinate and run onboarding to ensure smooth employee integration
ABOUT YOU

If you recognize yourself in some of the following characteristics, we’ll be happy to meet you:
• 4+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in the IT industry
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Proven experience hiring mid to senior-level profiles through structured, multi-step processes
• Sourcing and hands-on experience with recruitment tools and ATS systems
• Confidence working with developers and hiring managers in a tech environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle challenging conversations
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a strong people focus
• Able to multitask across candidate communication, hiring manager coordination, and process improvement initiatives
Nice to haves:
• Experience with competency-based hiring or competency matrix
• Background in fast-growing or scaling tech companies
• Exposure to employer branding or collaboration with marketing
