The Role
CC.Talent is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Recruitment Specialist to support our end-to-end recruitment activities. The successful candidate will be part of a small, dynamic recruitment team and will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and pre-screening candidates to coordinating and scheduling interviews.
In this role, the Recruitment Specialist will work closely with the rest of the recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure a positive and seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
This position requires strong drive, adaptability, and passion, as it supports a fast-growing startup environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills. Prior experience sourcing candidates through various channels and platforms is a strong advantage.
The Duties and responsibilities:
• Creatively source candidates through various channels (e.g., social networking, internet posting, mining, traditional networking, referrals, etc.).
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze candidates’ abilities and skills-sets.
• Set up and coordinate interview schedules with appropriate staff and candidates.
• Ensure positive candidate experiences for every candidate
• Provide clear, thorough, and timely communications/feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team in discussing recruitment needs and developing strategies and goals to fill positions.
• Fully utilizes the applicant tracking system, ensuring that information is updated timely, accurately, and thoroughly.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in Recruitment.
• Perform ad-hoc recruitment tasks such as assisting in recruitment marketing efforts, onboarding programs, job fairs
