Recruitment Specialist

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, preferably in the computer hardware or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruiting databases.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively.
