Job Overview
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of technical, engineering, and specialist roles supporting an Australian client.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who is confident in active sourcing, comfortable with high-volume phone calls, and experienced in supporting the Australian recruitment market.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate endorsement.
Handle high-volume phone calls to actively engage candidates and support fast turnaround hiring needs.
Use an Applicant Tracking System (Job Adder) to maintain accurate candidate records, pipelines, and activity logs.
Source and recruit candidates for technical and engineering roles across industries.
Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment timelines.
Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, networks, and referrals.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support recruitment reports, metrics, and process updates when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of recruitment experience, including high-volume hiring with minimum 6 months of experience supporting recruitment for the Australian market.
Proven experience recruiting technical and/ engineering roles.
Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with JobAdder and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter are advantageous.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, Morning Shift)
