The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle to support IBMC’s EOR and recruitment services. This role ensures that clients receive qualified candidates efficiently, while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience. The Recruitment Specialist brings hands-on experience with psychometric tools to provide deeper candidate assessments and collaborates closely with both clients and internal HR teams.
Responsibilities
• End-to-End Recruitment: Source, attract, and engage candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and talent pools), including passive candidate sourcing for niche positions.
• Candidate Assessment & Psychometric Tools: Administer and interpret psychological and psychometric assessments to support structured hiring decisions.
• Screening & Interviews: Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide detailed recommendations to hiring managers.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and clients, managing expectations, coordinating interview schedules, and advising on selection strategies.
• Recruitment Operations: Create job postings, manage applicant pipelines, and maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Market Research & Benchmarking: Conduct salary benchmarking, market mapping, and talent intelligence research to ensure competitive positioning for IBMC clients.
• Reporting & Insights: Provide weekly recruitment metrics, quality-of-hire insights, and recommendations to the CPO to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment (agency, outsourcing, or international).
• Hands-on experience administering and interpreting psychological and psychometric assessments, including personality (PAPI, MBTI, DISC), cognitive ability (IQ tests, Raven’s), emotional intelligence (EQ, MSCEIT), and adaptability/resilience measures (AQ, resilience scales).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with good time management.
• Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements in Jakarta or Bali.
• Proficient in recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, ATS such as Workable, job portals).
