Recruitment Specialist

iScale Solutions works with technology companies to effectively scale their development, support and operations processes.

Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical positions, including software engineers, system administrators, computer programmers, and database administrators.

Specializing in the identification of quality candidates for job positions in the technology industry. Working and negotiating with internal customers, external customers, and candidates to ensure that the job roles and responsibilities are fulfilled. A Technical Recruiter will play a significant role in determining staffing needs, candidate selection, and overall coordination

• Source, interview, and select applicants for technical positions.

• Match applicants to job openings.

• Source for future job openings.

• List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.

• Call applicants and perform phone screens. / Have applicants come in for formal interviews.

• Arrange / Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and Hiring Manager

• Facilitate meeting between hiring manager and applicant.

• Interview applicants.

• Participate in final selection of applicant.

• Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is a Plus

• At least 1 year in technical recruitment experience

• Good understanding with Information Technology current trends / Terminology .

• Must be detail-oriented with excellent communication, listening, interpersonal and organizational skills. Computer proficiency and Internet Savvy .

• Must have the ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy at all times.

• Must be capable of working independently with little supervision, as well as serve as a productive team member.

• Must be able to multi-task, good analytical and decision making skills

• Good command in English ( written and oral )
• Willing to work in Makati on a regular day shift
