Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support our teams on various needs and play a role in helping Dream Games continue to be a great place to work. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our success and enable our growth.

Responsibilities:
• Supporting the team throughout the entire recruitment process
• Building relationships with universities and student clubs and organizing campus events
• Managing the internship program process end-to-end
• Using various tools and research methods to place top talent and build a robust candidate flow
• Supporting onboarding and orientation programs to ensure newcomer adaptation and engagement
• Helping the recruitment team with all projects

Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Passion for learning the recruitment process
• Eager to learn ATS tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
