We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for professionals with at least two years of hands-on recruitment experience who are passionate about identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across functions.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess suitability
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing effectiveness
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus or bulk hiring drives when required
• Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation processes
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques including job portals, LinkedIn, and social hiring
• Experience handling multiple roles across different departments or industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setup
• Ability to manage hiring targets within defined timelines
• Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
• Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and negotiation skills
