Job Description

Salary: £27,318 per annum, plus quarterly performance bonus

Location: Hybrid – home and Hastings HQ, with occasional UK travel to events and team days

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

Join Medica’s Reporter Recruitment team and help grow our community of clinical reporters—radiologists, pathologists, radiographers and registrars—supporting vital diagnostic services across the UK and Ireland. You’ll build and nurture talent pipelines, convert warm leads and partner closely with onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate journey. It’s fast‑paced, phone‑first and purpose‑driven.
