Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation for offshore, marine, and project-based roles. This role is ideal for a recruiter with strong offshore industry exposure, established market networks, and a solid understanding of safety-critical and certified environments.
You will support offshore projects, vessel operations, and international mobilisation campaigns across Asia and global locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver end-to-end recruitment for offshore, marine, engineering, and technical roles (project-based and rotational).
Manage recruitment for safety-critical and certified positions (BOSIET, HUET, OGUK, STCW, IRATA, trade certifications).
Conduct structured screening, including competency assessment, certification validation, medical clearance, and right-to-work checks.
Prepare and manage mobilisation documentation for offshore installations and vessel deployments.
Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations, client requirements, and international offshore standards.
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Rigzone, OilCareers, Energy Jobline, and specialist offshore networks.
Build and maintain offshore-ready talent pipelines across subsea, drilling, marine, fabrication, commissioning, and HUC disciplines.
Support high-volume offshore campaigns (shutdowns, turnarounds, hook-up and commissioning).
Partner with project managers, operations teams, and offshore crews to anticipate workforce demand.
Provide market intelligence on labour availability, salary benchmarks, and certification trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including high-volume hiring.
Proven experience recruiting within oil & gas, offshore, marine, or subsea environments.
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, industry platforms (e.g. Rigzone, OilCareers, Energy Jobline), and specialist offshore and marine networks.
Strong understanding of offshore certifications, safety standards, and mobilisation requirements.
Experience handling high-volume and niche technical recruitment.
Knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations and international offshore compliance standards.
Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and documentation skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple mobilization timelines.
Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, Morning Shift)
