Recruitment Partner (Parental Leave Cover)

We’re looking for a Recruitment Partner to join a fast-growing consultancy in a parental leave cover role, based in Hellerup. You’ll serve as a trusted adviser for a wide range of internal stakeholders and candidates.

 

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll own the recruitment agenda end to end, acting as the trusted go-to for all recruitment-related matters.

You will:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for consultants and specialist roles – from intake and scoping to sourcing, selection, offer, and preboarding.
• Act as a sparring partner to practice leaders, hiring managers, and team leads on all recruitment related topics.
• Drive proactive talent sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, through network, and at events to build and nurture strong pipelines for both immediate and future needs. 
• Be part of an international Talent Attraction team that collaborates across offices.

 

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone with at least two years of experience in search and recruitment, ensuring a solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. On top of that, the ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search, including building and engaging passive talent pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with a service- and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with high ownership, strong prioritisation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
