JOB OVERVIEW
The MSF SnA recruitment unit generally recruits professionals who meet the required criteria as defined by MSF SnA, ensuring equity, transparency and objectivity in all steps of the process. The recruiter assesses the needs, the required profiles and recruits to contribute to the MSF SnA section office. The position requires quality work, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the targeting, selection and recruitment process of candidates to achieve HR requirement set by the unit:
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment and selection process as described in the relevant MSF SA Recruitment documents, always ensuring the quality of the process. Responsibilities include CV screening, Technical competency checks, Competency based interview, Facilitation of intake process, Collection and verification of candidate documents and credentials.
Ensure the Job adverts are uploaded and removed as per the managers’ request.
Collaborate and work with Recruitment manager to ensure the right profiles are prioritised for recruitment.
Ensure smooth communication with candidates.
Responsible for the achievement of recruitment targets within the criteria and timeframe agreed.
Ensure all the bookings we need as the Recruitment team is done and the material we need is prepared.
Organise intake assessment independently.
Assist the field Recruitment officer to carry out recruitment events and campaigns.
Help process invoices.
Responsible for proper handover to hiring manager and HR manager after recruitment.
Assist conducts the Orientation of new employees if needed.
Ad hoc recruitment activities and implement recruitment policy and guidelines.
Supervise and train recruitment intern.
REQUIRMENTS
Education
· HR or social sciences or Industrial Psychology Tertiary Degree qualification.
Knowledge and skills
1 years’ experience with MSF or other international organization.
4 years working experience in related capacity.
Fluent command of English. Advantage, French speaker.
Digital marketing experience.
Knowledge in excel

Terms and Conditions of Employment:
Initial 12-month contract then open-ended contract
Monthly Salary: R 33 723,45
13th Cheque in November.
10% additional pension allowance.
100% Medical Aid Contribution.
Transport allowance.
Cell phone allowance.
