The Opportunity:
We are seeking an SEO & Digital Campaigns Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.
You will sit within Talent Acquisition and focus specifically on driving qualified candidate traffic, improving search visibility of job opportunities, and executing digital campaigns that directly impact hiring outcomes.
You will own the strategy and execution of SEO and paid digital initiatives that strengthen TransPerfect’s employer brand and increase candidate conversion globally.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy (Primary Focus):
• Develop and execute a global SEO strategy for recruitment and careers content
• Conduct keyword research aligned with hiring priorities across regions and functions
• Optimize job descriptions, landing pages, and career site content for organic visibility
• Implement structured data to improve search engine indexing
• Perform technical SEO audits
• Track rankings, traffic, and application conversion rates
Digital Recruitment Campaigns:
• Plan and manage digital campaigns
• Build targeted talent attraction campaigns for priority hiring initiatives
• Monitor campaign ROI, cost-per-application, and conversion metrics
Analytics & Optimization:
• Use data to inform talent attraction strategy
• Create dashboards and performance reports for Talent Acquisition leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate funnel performance
• Benchmark against competitors for recruitment search presence
