We are seeking an innovative and goal-oriented Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead our global recruitment marketing strategy, with a particular focus on attracting top talent to our organisation. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that showcase our employer brand and connect us with the best candidates in the industry.

• Develop and implement a data-driven, global recruitment marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Marketing teams to enhance our employer brand and position us as an employer of choice
• Create compelling, localised content for various recruitment marketing channels, including social media, career websites, and job boards
• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract diverse talent across different regions and job functions
• Analyse recruitment marketing metrics and generate actionable insights to optimise our talent acquisition efforts
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop engaging job descriptions and recruitment collateral that accurately reflect our culture and values
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment marketing initiatives
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing, incorporating innovative approaches to our strategy
• Oversee the budget allocation and resource management for recruitment marketing activities
• Lead the submission process for top-tier employer recognition awards to highlight our unique strengths in the job market

• 7-12 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful recruitment marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of employer branding principles and employee value proposition (EVP) development
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including social media marketing and content creation
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other job boards
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and derive meaningful insights to inform decision-making
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with diverse teams
• Solid understanding of talent acquisition processes and recruitment best practices
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and applicant tracking systems
• Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of the Indian job market and global recruitment trends (preferred)
