Job Description

SRP is a Big Data company located in Princeton, New Jersey run by alumni of Stanford and Wharton schools. If you want to work and grow your career with a very talented team then look no further.

We are looking for a recruitment manager that will manage all of our recruitment needs.

Responsibilities:

• Hire and manage a team of recruiters that work for us in either a full-time or part-time manner
• Be innovative in hiring people

• Carry past experience in managing recruiters and very familiar with recruitment process

• Must have past hands-on experience with recruitment as such experience is necessary to be able to lead other recruiters.
• Must have experience in managing recruiters both on-site and off-shore

* Several years of experience in IT recruitment
* Some knowledge of startups and big data technology is helpful although not mandatory
