Infotel India is looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this leadership role, you will drive and oversee the recruitment strategies and operations to attract top talent that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring across the organization.
• Collaborate with the team and be point of contact for clients
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
• Manage, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve targets and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.
• Utilize data and analytics to monitor recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Oversee the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools for efficient process management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and ethical recruitment practices.
