Job Responsibilities

· Collaborate with hiring managers or stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

· Source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

· Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

· Administer pre-employment assessments as needed and evaluate results.

· Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

· Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.

· Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific requirements for each role.

· Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster effective communication.

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.

· Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

· Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

· Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.

· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
