Position Overview
Work Unlimited is hiring a Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator to manage full-cycle recruiting and hiring for entry-level positions across multiple programs, while also building and maintaining the organization’s digital presence.
This role combines structured recruiting work with ownership of Work Unlimited’s online presence, including social media, employee recognition, and communication that reflects our mission and standards.
You will be primarily responsible for ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly while also representing the organization clearly, consistently, and professionally across digital platforms.
This is a high-responsibility role that requires strong organization, attention to detail, technical comfort, and consistent follow-through.
In this role, you will:
Manage job postings across platforms including Indeed and BambooHR
Review applications daily and move candidates through the hiring process
Review and screen asynchronous video interview submissions
Conduct phone and virtual interviews
Make hiring decisions for entry-level positions
Coordinate offers and pre-employment steps
Track applicants and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
Monitor open positions and ensure consistent recruitment activity
Use technology and digital tools to support recruitment, communication, and engagement efforts
Build and maintain Work Unlimited’s online presence through consistent, professional, and accurate digital content

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Hiring
Post, refresh, and manage job advertisements across job boards
Screen applications and identify qualified candidates
Conduct structured interviews
Make hiring decisions for entry-level roles
Manage offers and onboarding steps
Process & Systems
Maintain accurate applicant tracking in BambooHR and related systems
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and applicant flow
Identify and address delays in the hiring process
Follow established workflows and procedures
Communication & Coordination
Communicate clearly with candidates and internal teams
Provide updates on hiring status and priorities
Ask questions and clarify expectations when needed
Engagement & Digital Presence
Manage Work Unlimited’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
Create and post content related to employee recognition, organizational updates, and community presence
Ensure all content is accurate, appropriate, and aligned with agency standards
Use tools such as Canva and scheduling platforms to plan and execute content
Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
1+ year experience in recruiting, HR, administrative support, or coordination
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication
Experience with Microsoft Office and online systems
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DHS background check
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with applicant tracking systems (BambooHR preferred)
Experience with Indeed or other job boards
Experience conducting interviews
Basic experience managing social media or digital content in a professional setting
Basic experience using tools such as Canva or social media scheduling platforms
