Work set up: Hybrid – London or Manchester (flexible), with remote working available. For hybrid arrangements, a maximum of one day per week in the London office (Wednesdays)

Our client in the IT Services & Consulting industry is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end interview scheduling and recruitment administration across multiple hiring managers and candidates. This role focuses on coordinating interview logistics, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience while supporting broader talent acquisition processes.

What you will do:

• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple hiring managers and candidates.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including panel availability, room bookings, and virtual meeting links.
• Act as the central point of contact for candidates regarding interview arrangements and updates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare and distribute interview packs and supporting documentation to hiring panels.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Identify scheduling conflicts proactively and implement effective solutions to minimise delays.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Support administrative tasks such as offer letter preparation, onboarding coordination, and compliance checks as required.
• Provide regular updates on scheduling progress, challenges, and hiring timelines.

• Proven experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, or recruitment administration.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and recruitment compliance requirements.
