• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from briefing to placement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with UK-based employers
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a range of sourcing tools
• Write and post compelling job adverts to attract top talent
• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and feedback loops
• Maintain accurate records using the company’s ATS or CRM systems
• Meet and exceed monthly targets related to placements and client engagement
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market insights to advise clients effectively
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a recruitment consultant or resourcer
• Proven ability to manage client accounts and candidate pipelines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM/ATS platforms
• Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality service
• Ability to work independently while being a proactive team contributor
