Recruitrix.ai - an AI-ML driven talent-hiring PaaS and an HR Tech Startup company. It is looking for results-driven Customer Acquisition Managers for Hyderabad/Chennai/Bengaluru to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales target through new and existing clients.

We have an Immediate requirement for an On site Consultant for client who are into RPO

Candidate with and MBA .

Should have 3-5 years of Experience in Recruitment

Must have extensive working experience on Contract Staffing and Permanent Staffing

Ability to manage end-end recruitment cycle

Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Effective planning and communication skills

Ability to interface with senior management

Experience negotiating offers and closing candidates successfully

Result oriented and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Should have good convincing and negotiating skill

Strong focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships

Must be self-directed, ability to work independently, highly responsive, and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks

Fullstack Developer /SAP Requirements(All modules) /Incident/Change Manager /Azure Developer/Informatica Developers/.Net Developers/ Devops & Cloud consultants

Automation testers /Functional Testers/Manual Testers

Salary Budget : 2.4 Lakhs to 3 Lakhs CTC.

Any Graduate / MBA/PGDBM
