Recruitment Consultant - German Speaking

We are a leading recruitment consultancy within the real estate arena with offices in London and Manchester.

Our London team of multi-lingual, multi-cultural Consultants represent 8 different nationalities. We have worked in over 20 countries in both Europe and the Middle East. Our Consultants have all relocated to London within the last 2 years in order to join our business and they are all enjoying their time in the UK! Recruitment is a rewarding and fast-paced industry which directly rewards your hard work and individual successes.

As we continue on our ambitious expansion plans, we are looking for degree educated, ambitious German nationals with an interest in recruitment to join our dynamic team at our City of London office. Experience in sales would be beneficial but not essential. We will provide all new starters with market-leading training over your first 4 months to make sure learn how to become successful and enjoy your work. Ongoing support from Directors is always available to ensure that you grow and develop your skills with us.

Core Duties

• Candidate generation - this includes interviewing candidates and matching them to relevant vacancies
• Building relationships with our extensive client base and developing new clients
• Attending conferences
• Headhunting candidates for roles we are instructed on.
• Organising interviews, preparing candidates and overseeing the interview process for both sides
• Closing deals and placing candidates into new roles.

Skills required

• German-speaking with business level English language ability
• You must be highly motivated, outgoing, well presented, tenacious and really eager to join a creative, entrepreneurial business.
• An interest/experience in the German property sector or recruitment is beneficial but not essential.
