We’re proud of our culture and the teams that bring our brands to life every day, and we’re now looking for a Recruitment Advisor to lead our talent attraction and hiring experience.
The Role
This role sits within our People & Culture team and is the recruitment specialist for the business. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure great talent, while ensuring every candidate has a best-in-class experience.
You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process, shape strategy, strengthen our employer brand and make sure our hiring approach is proactive, efficient and aligned to our values.
What You’ll Do
Lead recruitment strategy and continuously improve how we attract talent across the business
Partner with people leaders to support them through the hiring process and coach them on best practice recruitment
Manage the end-to-end candidate journey through BambooHR (our HRIS and ATS system), including advertising, shortlisting, offer management and onboarding
Own job advertising, social media recruitment, LinkedIn sourcing, headhunting, job boards and referral programmes
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and ensure strong ROI on recruitment spend
Build and maintain talent pools for current and future workforce needs
Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to support strategic decisions
Drive an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a key point of contact throughout the process
Support People & Culture projects and contribute to broader team initiatives
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in recruitment, ideally in an in-house or agency environment
Understands modern sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms
Enjoys partnering with leaders and influencing positive hiring decisions
Is organised, proactive and confident managing multiple roles at once
Has strong communication skills and can build genuine relationships
Is comfortable analysing data and using insights to improve processes
Takes ownership and cares about candidate experience
Experience within retail or a fast-paced environment is a bonus, but most important is your recruitment expertise and ability to connect with people.
