Job Summary
Mobile Medication Corporation is seeking an experienced Recruiter Specialist with a background in Human Resources. This role will primarily focus on multi-state recruitment for healthcare professionals, including Paramedics, EMTs, Registered Nurses, and Nurse Practitioners while also playing a key role in onboarding, compliance, and employee integration.
The ideal candidate is experienced in high-volume healthcare recruiting across multiple states, with a deep understanding of onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Manage full-cycle, multi-state recruitment for clinical roles including Paramedics, EMTs, RNs, and Nurse Practitioners
Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
Source candidates through healthcare job boards, licensing platforms, social media, and professional networks
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
Ensure timely hiring to meet operational demands across multiple locations
Maintain compliance with state-specific licensing and credentialing requirements
Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, etc.)
Onboarding & HR Functions (Secondary but Significant Focus)
Lead and manage the full onboarding process for new hires across multiple states
Coordinate pre-employment requirements including:
License verification (multi-state)
Background checks and drug screenings
Certification tracking (BLS, ACLS, OSHA)
Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the organization
Prepare and manage offer letters, employment documentation, and onboarding packets
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and client-specific employment regulations
Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation
Partner with Human Resources Coordinator to ensure new hires meet all regulatory and credentialing requirements before starting dates
Support new hire engagement and retention initiatives during the onboarding period
Social Media & Innovative Recruiting Strategies
Develop and execute social media recruiting strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Create and manage engaging job postings, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding content
Utilize targeted ads, groups, and healthcare communities to reach passive candidates
Monitor trends in healthcare recruiting and implement new sourcing techniques and tools
Build and maintain talent pipelines using creative outreach methods
Partner with marketing and leadership to enhance the company’s employer brand
Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting channels to increase candidate flow and quality
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in healthcare or multi-state environments
Strong experience with onboarding and HR compliance processes
Knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and licensing requirements
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for EMS or clinical healthcare roles (Paramedics, EMTs, Nurses, etc.)
Experience with credentialing and compliance tracking systems
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment

In Person Monday-Friday
8:00am-4:30pm
