What You’ll Be Doing

Full-Cycle Support: Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions to coordinating final interviews.

Active Sourcing: Use LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and engage with top-tier passive candidates for sales, tech, and operations roles.

Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume reviews and high-volume phone screens to assess culture fit and basic qualifications.

Coordination: Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every applicant.

Employer Branding: Help brainstorm and execute initiatives that make OneLocal the employer of choice in the SaaS space.

Data Integrity: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) organized and up-to-date to ensure accurate hiring metrics.

What You Bring

Educational Background: Recent graduate or current student in HR, Communications, Business, or a related field.

The "Hustle" Factor: A proactive, results-driven mindset; you aren't afraid to pick up the phone or try new ways to find talent.

Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal skills—you’ll be the first point of contact for many potential hires.

Organization: The ability to juggle multiple calendars and candidate pipelines without breaking a sweat.

Tech Savviness: Comfortable learning new software quickly (experience with an ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus!).
