We are seeking a Recruiting & Credentialing Support Agent to support a U.S.-based client in the ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) healthcare sector. This is a structured, detail-oriented role focused on recruitment coordination and credentialing support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates confidently in English, and enjoys working within clearly defined processes in a remote environment.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Working Hours: This role requires you to work EST hours Mon - Fri from 8 am to 5 pm EST (15h00 to 24h00 South African time - subject to change in accordance with daylight savings in the United States).
• Public Holidays: This role requires you to work on both South African and US public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA)
• Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
• Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
• Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role.
Key Responsibilities
• Support recruitment and credentialing activities for a U.S.-based ABA healthcare client
• Review and process incoming resumes for open roles
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Assist with initial candidate screenings when required
• Support onboarding processes for new hires
• Assist with credentialing documentation and tracking
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records
• Communicate professionally and courteously with candidates via phone and email
• Ensure recruitment and credentialing processes are followed accurately and consistently
Requirements:
• No prior industry experience required, but would be beneficial
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of organization
• Friendly, patient, and professional phone manner
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and Outlook (no advanced Excel skills required)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within structured processes
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
• Previous experience in recruitment, credentialing, or administrative coordination
• Exposure to the ABA or healthcare industry is advantageous but not required
