As our Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer, you’ll be the connective tissue across our recruiting efforts — from sourcing high-potential candidates to upholding a seamless and professional candidate experience. You’ll work closely with the hiring managers and interviewers to keep our processes efficient, inclusive, and human.
What you’ll do
Recruiting Coordination
• Own the scheduling of all interviews
• Ensure candidates have a smooth, timely, and engaging interview experience
• Manage candidate tracking and status updates in our ATS (Ashby)
• Support onboarding handoffs
Candidate Sourcing
• Proactively source and engage passive talent across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority roles (e.g., Engineering, GTM)
• Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements and sourcing strategies
• Craft compelling outreach messages that reflect our brand and values
Must-have experience
• 2+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination, sourcing, or talent operations role
• Experience working at a startup or in a high-growth environment
• Comfort sourcing and engaging passive candidates across platforms
• Exposure to technical recruiting or understanding of technical roles
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with at least one ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby)
• A proactive and detail-oriented working style; you're great at juggling multiple threads without dropping them
Nice-to-haves
• Familiarity with recruiting analytics or reporting
• Interest in employer branding or candidate experience design
