Overview:
The Recruiting Coordinator & Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for Inertia, supporting day-to-day office operations and recruiting coordination across teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Inertia at an early stage and help create a welcoming, efficient, and well-run office environment. This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Livermore, CA headquarters.
Primary Responsibilities:
Recruiting Coordination
• Support the recruiting process by scheduling interviews, partnering with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding coordination, including preparing documents and assisting with pre-employment steps.
• Maintain internal records.
• Help ensure a positive, seamless candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Front Desk & Office Support
• Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, candidates, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Manage day-to-day front desk operations, including answering and routing phone calls and general inquiries.
• Coordinate mail, packages and deliveries.
• Maintain office and conference spaces.
• Support conference room scheduling, visitor access, and onsite logistics.
• Provide support for internal meetings and events.
Collaboration & Enablement
• Partner with HR, IT, Recruiting and Operations teams to support smooth office and hiring workflows.
• Help identify opportunities to improve process, organization, and overall employee and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, receptionist, administrative support role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional communication abilities, and comfort with common office software.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Salary & Benefits:
• The base salary range for this role is $71,000 - $87,000; The pay range provided is an estimated base range for this role. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.
