The Opportunity
We are hiring Recruiters and Sourcers to support AI/Tech & GTM hiring for a high growth, award winning, developer centric platform company that’s a leader in its space.

What You’ll Do
• Partner with hiring managers and TA leaders to understand critical business needs
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to uncover top talent across engineering, AI, sales, marketing, and more
• Manage candidates from first outreach through offer, delivering an exceptional experience
• Build and maintain strong pipelines in highly competitive markets
• Collaborate with a global team of recruiters who share best practices and drive results together

What You’ll Bring
• Experience recruiting or sourcing top AI/ML talent through platforms such as GitHub, Kaggle, Arxiv, and X, with proficiency in tools like SeekOut, HireEZ, and technical assessment platforms (HackerRank, Codility). Active engagement in AI communities, conferences, and research forums is highly valued.
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
• Ability to thrive in a client facing environment where priorities can shift
• Proven ability to move fast without sacrificing quality or candidate experience
• Curiosity, persistence, and excellent communication skills
