We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team as an Engineer, PM, and Planulator, working with our team to develop and implement secure systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, technical leadership, and project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, PMs, and planners to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Кого ми шукаємо:
Рекрутера, який працюватиме з адміністративними та технічними позиціями: інженери, PM, планувальники, технічні спеціалісти тощо.
Це повний цикл рекрутингу та 100% робота в офісі.

Вимоги::
• Вища освіта
• Досвід у підборі персоналу (технічні ролі будуть перевагою)
• Вміння будувати якісну комунікацію з кандидатами та hiring-менеджерами
• Грамотна усна й письмова мова
• Самоорганізованість, вміння працювати з кількома вакансіями паралельно
• Впевнений користувач ПК (CRM / ATS / HRMS/Google Sheets)

Обовʼязки::
• Повний цикл рекрутингу технічних та адміністративних ролей
• Пошук і залучення кандидатів через різні канали
• Проведення співбесід
• Комунікація з керівниками підрозділів на всіх етапах підбору
• Формування оферів, супровід кандидата до виходу
• Участь у welcome day та онбордингу нових співробітників
• Надання зворотного зв’язку кандидатам
• Робота з внутрішньою HR-документацією
• Участь в інших HR-процесах команди
