Job Opening: Recruiter
Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote (US hrs - 9am-5pm EST)
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and support them throughout the hiring process.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews, assessing candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and strategies based on recruitment metrics and feedback.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing feedback throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a passion for finding the right talent for the right roles.
