Job Opening: Recruiter / Sales Specialist

Location: Remote (Working US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)
Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive Salary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop sales strategies to approach them.
• Promote our staffing solutions and services to prospective clients through calls, emails, and presentations.
• Utilize various recruiting platforms and techniques to attract top talent across different sectors.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and clients within the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to maximize candidate placements and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sales, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment as well as sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and CRM systems.
