Recruiter Officer

to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, attracting, and selecting the best talent to support our operations across various hotels and properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to management.
• Enhance the employer branding through social media, job fairs, and outreach initiatives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Passion for hospitality and connecting with people.
