Recruiter – Interpreter Services

At OWGS, we’re looking for a Recruiter to support high-volume interpreter recruitment in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

This is a full-time remot position, ideal for someone who thrives on execution, follow-up, and measurable results.

What You’ll Do

Source and screen interpreter candidates across multiple languages.

Manage candidates through the full recruitment pipeline.

Conduct structured interviews and qualification screenings.

Ensure candidates meet technical, availability, and compliance requirements.

Maintain accurate records and proactive follow-up.

Support onboarding and activation processes.

Work closely with a Recruitment Team Lead and cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.

Clear communication and attention to detail.

Comfort working in metrics-driven environments.

Nice to Have

Experience in BPO, call centers, or interpreter recruitment.

Multi-language recruitment exposure.

Experience using ATS platforms.
