Collaboration and Stakeholder Partnership

• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on expectations, process, and candidate experience.
Support Senior Recruiters and Recruiting Leadership on priority searches and hiring initiatives.

• Communicate progress and challenges clearly, escalating when alignment or decision velocity is needed.

Sourcing and Talent Pipelining:

• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and referrals.

• Build and maintain talent pools for frequently hired roles.

• Contribute to market mapping and competitive research to inform search strategy.

Candidate Experience:

• Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience that reflects OpenGov’s mission and values.

• Ensure timely follow-up, clear communication, and strong representation of OpenGov’s brand at every stage.

• Use sound judgment to assess candidate fit and alignment to OpenGov’s high-performance culture.

Operational Excellence:

• Uphold recruiting data integrity in all systems to enable reliable analytics and dashboards.

• Execute recruiting processes with discipline, speed, and compliance with applicable laws and company policy.

• Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and consistency across the team.

Required and Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (preferably Ashby) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with precision and urgency.

• Excellent phone and video presence and ability to qualify talent effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Growth mindset with openness to feedback and a passion for continuous learning.

Compensation:
