We are seeking a motivated Recruiter for a temporary remote position lasting 3-6 months. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
Requirements:
• High level of proficiency in English Language is a MUST
• 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally in both agency and in-house settings
• Proven success in recruiting for a wide range of roles, particularly mid-to-senior level positions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Familiarity with ATS systems and modern recruitment tools
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop strategic hiring plans
• Source candidates through a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate suitability
