Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter on a 12-month contract to lead end-to-end hiring and ensure a seamless candidate experience across the employee lifecycle. The role will support recruitment for both technical and functional positions, managing everything from sourcing through onboarding and exit coordination. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in engineering or manufacturing recruitment, excellent stakeholder management, and a strong drive for speed and quality in delivery.
Operational Responsibilities
As a member of the Organizational Capability Team, the role will be delivered on the following core objectives:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle – from requisition to offer closure – ensuring speed and quality of hire.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define sourcing strategy, and align on timelines.
Source top talent through diverse channels – job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screen and assess candidates for technical capability, potential, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of onboarding – documentation, induction scheduling, and first-day readiness.
Maintain accurate and updated data on candidates and new hires in the HRMS.
Handle offboarding formalities, ensuring smooth closure of exit documentation and system updates.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline strength, offer acceptance) to drive continuous improvement.
Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen visibility and candidate engagement.
Liaise with vendors as needed for niche or volume hiring.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field (mandatory).
Experience: 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or technology industries.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of technical and functional roles.
Proficiency in sourcing tools, HRMS, and ATS platforms.
Excellent communication, stakeholder partnership, and organizational skills.
High sense of ownership with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Metrics-driven and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
