We are looking for a enthusiastic and dynamic Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring across business functions for a 1-year contractual role. The individual will partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to drive quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do?:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the assigned roles
• Partner with hiring managers on role understanding, candidate evaluation and hiring decisions
• Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, market mapping and channel partnerships
• Drive candidate engagement and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Maintain data hygiene and recruitment tracking through ATS and reporting tools
• Manage the resume database efficiently
Who should apply?:
• 5-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in in-house or search environments
• Experience hiring across corporate, business or non-technical (sales) roles preferred
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and assessment skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication, ownership and execution orientation
• MS Office proficiency is preferred
