The Recreation Trainee is responsible for maintaining the standards of guest service and cleanliness for the Fitness facility (Health Center, Pool and Jacuzzi area, Steam – Sauna area and Locker rooms). Responsible for welcoming and registering guests to the Health Club in an efficient and pleasant manner. Provides information, booking and promotes all offered services.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and inform guests on all activities of the Recreation Department for both children and adults. Coordinates and supports the digital events for Kids, as a Movie, Nintendo Switch and PS4 Tournament. Make personalized suggestions to guests, always offering memorable experiences.
• Arrange bookings for group classes and receive requests for Personal Training Sessions
• Promote and sell all P.T. Sessions and group activities to guests in a professional manner.
• Responsible for maintaining the standards of guest services and cleanliness for the Health Club (indoor and outdoor gym, pool, steam, sauna, Jacuzzi area and locker rooms) according to the Health and Safety Standards.
• Attend all training sessions provided by the company.
• Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene.
• Refill the fridge with water and protein products.
• Remove and transfer the dirty laundry to the specified area and replace it with clean equipment.
• Checks the Soccer field, the basketball court and the Beach courts for cleanliness and equipment.
• Participates in the daily activity programs for children such as a pool games, Ping – Pong, Air Hockey, Soccer and Basketball Tournament.
