Recreation Manager I AYANA Komodo

AYANA Komodo is looking for Recreation Manager to lead our Recreation team. The Recreation Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting a vibrant, engaging atmosphere for our guests by overseeing all recreational programs and activities. This position is crucial for enhancing guest satisfaction and ensuring their time spent with us is filled with fun and exciting options, all tailored to reflect the natural beauty and rich culture of the region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a diverse recreation program, including water sports, fitness classes, and nature excursions.
• Maintain all recreational facilities at the highest standard of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Lead and train the recreation team to deliver exceptional guest service and engaging activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and coordinated guest experience.
• Organize themed events and manage the recreation budget effectively

Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably at a luxury resort.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of recreational programs, guest engagement, and facility operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field
