The Recreation Assistant at Villa Haven will be responsible for assisting with the planning, organization, and execution of various recreational activities and events. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for guest service, and a proactive approach to ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or recreation industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and entertain guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle and resolve guest issues and concerns with professionalism and tact.
• Basic knowledge of sports, fitness, and recreational activities.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification is preferred.
