We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Recreation Agent to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Kids Club Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children visiting our facility. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the well-being and entertainment of our young guests while providing exceptional customer service to their families.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children in the Kids Club
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities, games, and educational programs
• Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times
• Communicate effectively with parents, addressing any concerns and providing updates on their children's experiences
• Maintain accurate records, including attendance logs and incident reports
• Collaborate with the Events & Entertainment team to organize special activities and themed events
• Ensure all equipment and toys are properly maintained, clean, and in good working condition
• Enforce Kids Club rules and regulations consistently and fairly
• Assist in inventory management of toys and supplies, reporting any needs for replacements or additions
• Stay informed about facility offerings, promotions, and pricing to answer parent inquiries accurately
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the Kids Club experience
• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, early childhood education, or a related field
• Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel or similar childcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children and parents
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for working with children and creating engaging activities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
• Patient, empathetic, and supportive demeanor
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
• Creativity and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Turkish, are a plus
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Physical ability to engage in active play and supervise children's activities
