New Day Recovery is seeking a compassionate and driven Therapist to support individuals on their journey to recovery from substance use and mental health challenges. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in helping clients build stability, develop coping skills, and move toward lasting change.

Essential Duties

Provide individual and group counseling to clients in a structured treatment setting

Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and case management

Facilitate family sessions and support client engagement in treatment

Complete clinical documentation, reports, and case summaries in compliance with standards

Coordinate care and make referrals to appropriate levels of treatment

Advocate for clients with courts, community partners, and support services

Participate in team meetings and program development

Qualifications

Active Ohio licensure: CDCA, LCDC, LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, or LICDC

Experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment preferred

Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
