💼 About the Role

We’re seeking a Recovery Tech Supervisor to guide, support, and develop our team of Recovery Technicians at one of our residential sites.
This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives on teamwork, accountability, and maintaining high standards of care. You’ll set the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and compassionate service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor Recovery Tech staff to uphold excellence in client care and documentation

Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members

Oversee new hire training, job shadowing, and ongoing staff development

Provide on-call leadership support (including occasional shift coverage)

Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and manage corrective actions as needed

Monitor compliance with MN Statute 245Gand all organizational policies

Review and maintain daily logs, audits, and emergency drill documentation

Facilitate monthly team meetings and daily huddles

Support quality assurance through regular audits (admissions, discharges, property logs, etc.)

Partner with leadership to strengthen operations and enhance the client experience

💡 What You Bring

Experience in Substance Use Disorder or Mental Health treatment settings

Prior supervisory or leadership experiencein healthcare, residential, or behavioral health settings

Excellent communication, organization, and crisis management skills

Deep understanding of recovery principles and trauma-informed care

Strong sense of accountability and ability to motivate others

Flexibility and teamwork — you lead by example
