Ruth & Naomi’s Mission is looking for a Recovery Program Lead to support participants through their journey of recovery in a faith-based, trauma-informed environment.

Our addiction recovery program uses the Genesis Process, a faith-based approach to healing and transformation. What You’ll Do
Provide case management, life-coaching, and support to program participants
Lead group meetings, classes, and activities to foster recovery and accountability
Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with the team
Cultivate a safe, hope-filled, and structured environment for participants
Willingness to uphold and respect Ruth & Naomi's values and mission (personal relationship with Jesus Christ and willingness to sign our statement of faith required).
What You Bring
Education & Experience: In social services, addictions recovery, or supporting vulnerable populations
Training: Must meet all Assisted Living Registry (ALR) minimum training qualifications
Experience: Must have experience facilitating groups and working within the social services sector
Personal Strengths: Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Additional Requirements: Must hold a valid Class 5 and be willing to obtain a Class 4 Unrestricted (an asset if already obtained) and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
