CRBR is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager
to lead residential and light commercial construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on, field-driven role for a construction professional who takes pride in quality work, strong customer relationships, and building successful teams.
In this role, you’ll manage projects, crews, and subcontractors while partnering with fellow Project Managers and Superintendents to deliver consistent results. You’ll play a key role in job execution, customer communication, and mentoring team members—while upholding safety, professionalism, and CRBR’s core values.
What You’ll Do
Manage assigned construction projects from start to closeout
Deliver projects on schedule and within target margins
Supervise in-house crews and subcontractors
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, subs, and internal teams
Create schedules, estimates, and change orders
Track job costs and ensure accurate project documentation
Coordinate with building departments, engineers, and inspectors
Promote and model safe work practices on all job sites
Coach and support Superintendents and technicians
Assist with contract and change order collections
Maintain accountability for company tools and equipment
Participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled
Contribute to process improvements and team development
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of construction or restoration project experience
Strong field leadership and organizational skills
Experience managing multiple projects and subcontractors
Ability to communicate professionally with customers and industry partners
Solid understanding of building codes and construction practices
Comfortable using job management and documentation software
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
OSHA 30 (preferred or willing to obtain)
CSLB HIS License (preferred or ability to obtain)
Self-motivated, accountable, and team-oriented
