Job Description

We are looking for talented engineers to join our team and help build high‑performance settlement, reconciliation, and risk control systems.

What you’ll do:

Build and optimize core systems (Java, microservices, distributed transactions).

Design and implement complex reconciliation logic across multiple channels (wallets, banks, exchanges).

Translate risk control strategies into executable code and dashboards.

Analyze and troubleshoot data issues using SQL and Python.

What we’re looking for:

3-5 years of Java development experience, or a solid background in finance/risk control with strong SQL/Python skills.

Familiarity with reconciliation processes, financial systems, or risk management.

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with middleware (Redis, Kafka/RocketMQ) is a plus.

Nice to have:

Experience handling large‑scale transaction systems.

Knowledge of accounting basics or prior finance/risk control exposure.

Familiarity with big data tools (Flink/Spark).
