📍** Detalles del Puesto** • Modalidad: 100% Remoto. • Horario: Full-time (10:00h – 20:00h España). • Foco: España (LIVE/Shop) y expansión internacional (CapCut).

🎯 Tus Responsabilidades • Identificar y captar creadores con alto potencial en TikTok LIVE, TikTok Shop y CapCut. • Diseñar tácticas de outbound (DMs, lives, scouting directo) y captación orgánica. • Comunicar la propuesta de valor de la agencia y asegurar la firma de nuevos creadores. • Acompañar al creador en su integración inicial y asegurar su éxito temprano. • Monitorear KPIs clave como engagement, GMV, retención y conversión para ajustar tus estrategias.

🛠️ ¿Qué buscamos en ti? • Conocimiento práctico y profundo del ecosistema TikTok (específicamente LIVE y Shop). • Energía, excelente presencia y capacidad de persuasión en vivo. • Capacidad para cerrar acuerdos y manejar objeciones de forma fluida. • Familiaridad con métricas de performance (CTR, Diamonds, Retención). • Inglés avanzado (C1). • Experiencia previa en agencias de TikTok o en creator management. • Conocimiento de terminología avanzada (Diamonds, GMV, backstage TikTok).
